Kewfab aluminium fabricated battery box with bolt on lid. Internal Centre brace to prevent the risk of the battery bouncing and arcing out on the lid. This design has internal holes to suit m8 bolts – we recommend using rivnuts or welded nuts on the car with low profile head bolts to mount the box (button heads/flanged button heads). CAD designed and laser cut from 2mm aluminium (box and lid) + 4mm aluminium flanges. Designed to allow you to relocate and mount your battery. Ideal for BMW drift cars to move the battery from the rear offside corner of the boot which is potentially an impact zone. Although not water tight, these are considered a sealed battery box which meet regulations for events such as Drift Matsuri. These can be made to alternative dimensions if required.
