Made by CFM Performance, from 5052 series aluminum, for high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance. All hardware is stainless steel with nylok nuts. All brackets are 7075 series aluminum, the strongest aluminum alloy ever made. The battery sits on 1/4 thick rubber strips inside the box. With this battery box installed you will gain an extra 4 of clearance between the battery and rear brake caliper. This is necessary for long travel suspension. You will be able to remove the rear fenders without removing the battery. We build these as we get paid for them. This allows us to sell the highest quality products at the lowest possible price.
