This is a new, factory sealed Olight Perun flashlight in a Limited Edition Blue Color. It is a tactical flashlight with a Maximum Brightness of 2000 lumens on Turbo mode. The flashlight is Rechargeable and comes with one 18650 battery. It is made of aluminum and features a sleek design.
